12.95 for lunch. 14.95 for dinner. Fairly reasonable pricing for what it is.
The food itself is alright. It's not bad, but it isn't great. I'm sure there's better buffets in Kamloops but I haven't found one yet.
The mussels tasted funny. The bbq pork was dry. Crispy beer wasn't crispy. Noodles weren't bland.
Everything else was find at least.
Bland fortune cookie. Odd.
Better for lunch than dinner. -

Been coming here for years it is a little sketchy looking but service is always great and friendly food is almost always fresh and hot

Not much good can be said about this establishment. My party of 7, including one toddler, walked in to a shoddy, poorly taken care of, non-heated crumbling mess. There were space heaters strewn about on chairs and half my party had to keep their coats on due to it being way too cold.
The staff was inattentive and rarely said a word to us.
The buffet food was mediocre, anything with a sauce was scummy and congealed.

Everything that can go wrong with a restaurant is wrong with this establishment. I walked in with my wife and two kids.
I admit it was Sunday evening. The buffet was empty, I mean empty empty. There was nothing to eat. But my 4 year old was crying with hunger so we went in anyways.
Out of the 15-16 dishes they had may be 5-6 filled. All the others were empty.
The food was bland distasteful terrible. It was the worse experience I have ever had in a restaurant. It was filthy smelly service was superficial.
They charge $10 for my 4 year old. So I spent $42 for 3 people including a 4 year old.
So please do yourself a favor and don't visit this restaurant.
